Our conference will take place in the Constitution Hall that the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the procedure for entry into force of the Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania was signed on 6 November 1992. Today, the Hall portrays the first general elections, the role of the Constituent Seimas as the foundation of the modern parliamentary tradition, and the nation’s struggle for freedom in January 1991.
Arriving at the Venue
It will be necessary in advance to register on the Conference site (instructions will be sent with approved registration)
Passport or identification card is required to be allowed enter in the Seimas Building.
The entrance to the Seimas for participants of the Conference will be organized through the Seimas Building 3 (https://tour.lrs.lt/index.

Single tickets can be bought from the bus driver. Ticket price – 1 Eur (no discounts available, ticket is valid for one trip, cash only).
- 30 min. ticket – 0,65 Eur
- 60 min. ticket – 0,90 Eur
- 1 day ticket – 5,00 Eur
- 3 days ticket – 8,00 Eur
- 5 days – 12,00 Eur
- 10 days – 15,00 Eur
